Disabling Recycle Bin in Windows 7 & 8 without using Registry.
Right click on recycle bin icon on the desktop and move to properties.
Now under settings for selected location. You just have to select “Don’t move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted”.
You need to do this to all drive by selecting drives.
Now click on “ok” you are done now.
